Omg. There is so much truth in this, you don’t even know.
Today I had an adventure with Maya wherein parts of my model kept disappearing and I had floating edges I couldn’t delete. I should’ve grabbed a screenshot but it seemed very Unfunny at the time.
It’s still disappearing if you look at the backside of a polygon (?????) but the point of this story is that that last photo was me and will be me for the rest of my life.
Today I managed to put in 11 straight hours of studio time and still not get my daily allotment of work done, then received revisions on about 2/3 of all my scenes (mostly “make this action quicker”, but some I have to redo almost completely). I wouldn’t feel as bad about it if my workload manager didn’t make the revision marker a violent shade of fuchsia.
That being said, Harmony didn’t crash at all today, so I take my victories when I can.
